Creation reflects the heart cry of God for fellowship, we know after the fall of man, the face to face fellowship with God and man was lost for “no man has seen God”. John 1:18 reveals to us that Christ unveiled in the flesh the fullness of the Father, in Hebrews 1:3 we read that Christ is the “brightness of His [God the Father’s] glory and the express image of His person”.
Every New Creation in Christ Jesus has been begotten of God, and we are to be conformed to the image of Christ, since He is the first born, the first begotten of the dead. Oh! Indeed “what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!” (1 John 3:1) It is extreme to the common mind to think that one is called a child of God, and has a status of sonship. Many believing Christians are like the first son in the Parable of the lost son, who cringed at the celebration of his brother’s return, his father’s response is God’s heart cry towards his children today, He says “Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours.”
