Ephesians 3:20-21 “ Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”
God is a God of abundance, and the same nature of abundance has been put in the heart of every Christian. Jesus made it clear that He came so that all who believe may have and enjoy life, to the full and until it overflows (Joh.10:10 AMP). This life He speaks about is the eternal life of God that unites a person with God at New Birth. It is never God’s desire for you to come short in any area of your life; He wants you to be well supplied for in every area of you life, and to have surplus so that you can be a blessing unto others.
To live this abundant life, one must develop faith for it. Resist the thoughts of lack and insufficiency in your life by keeping God’s Word on surplus in your ears and speaking them out of your mouth. According to Ephesians 3:20, the ability for God to do over and above in your life is at work within you. It is a part of the God nature in you, hence you must learn to yield to the Spirit. To live this super abundant life, God will by His Spirit give you instructions of what to do; your thinking, giving, trading etc. As you yield continually, you will begin to experience a surplus of ability and resources in all you do.
