Exodus 1:12 (NKJV) “But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew…”
To live a life of purpose, is to live a life of growth fruitfulness in one’s potential and legacy. As a believer you have the nature of God in you which enables you to live beyond your current circumstance. That’s why the Scripture says “greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world” (1 John 4:4). With a consciousness of this truth, you are indomitable; within you is the ability to overcome any situation you face in life.
It is a fact of life that problems and challenges would arise, but they should never get the best of you. You are to harness the power of the Christ in you; Ephesians 3:17-20 calls it the spirit of might that is at work in you. It takes confidence in the God (having a deep conviction of His might within and making a decision to act accordingly) to overcome life’s challenges. Faith is your connector to this power. As you draw from the inexhaustible might of God within you, you will continually progress and be fruitful despite all odds against you.
Therefore, regardless of what great task lies ahead of you, don’t quit! Have you ever heard of a great victory without a great battle? Likewise, it takes great trials to develop great faith. Remain consistent in your action and attitude towards success. Keep your words and thoughts positive and filled with the conviction that you are victorious. Be persistent in your labor towards progress. Do all these with a consciousness that you have God power within you to overcome.
